i'm actually on the fence with this one. the kids never asked to have famous parents but outlawing taking pictures of them seems like curbing free speech. hmmmm....

I think the paps should be respectful of the children, esp. if they are little. & if a celeb asks the paps to leave thier kids alone, then they should. When the kids are older, then it should be up to them, but I think little kids kinda get freaked out by all the flashes & people. & lets not forget lil Romeo Beckham...he literaly can't have all those flashes going off in his face. & that dudr that jumped over the fence maddox's pre-school? that was really messed up...
